Due to expansion, our Corporate Clients are currently looking for
Senior Accountant

( Max $6000, 5 Days, Somerset, Public Listed Company )

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent professional qualification
• Min 6 years’ post-qualifying relevant experience, preferably with a public listed or commodity trading firm
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar and keep up to date with accounting standards
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver timely and accurate results
• Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports
• Implement, enhance and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard financial integrity
• Implement new accounting standards
• Coordinate and compile annual budgets and forecasts
• Handle tax (GTP incentive and transfer pricing) and audit matters
• Manage a team of staff in the day to day financial accounting function
• Assist in special ad-hoc assignments
