Our client, a US MNC is seeking suitable candidate to join their expanding team as an Accounts Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain an organised and efficient Accounts Payable System for - local vendor,staff claim disbursement,overseas travel claim
- To process and record customer receipts in Accounts Receivable System
- To process and record petty cash disbursement
- To process and record recoverable for biling purpose
- To enter journal entry and post journal to general ledger
- To prepare relevant audit and tax schedules
- Ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by Finance manager
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- Fresh graduates welcomed to apply
- Competent in MS office applications
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs only
Working Location : West
5 Days Work Week
