Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Receive and record incoming funds
- Handle cases of payment / invoice discretion
- Preparation of monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA)
Administration Duties
- General Filing of invoices, delivery orders and other trade documents
- Preparation of monthly cheques and payments to vendors
- Handling of Claims by Staff
- Data entry of Account Payables
Other Duties
- System Administrator (SA) for in-house accounting software
- Assist in Monthly Management Report
- ACCA Diploma in Business or Accounting / Certified Accounting Technician / LCCI Accounting or equivalent discipline
- A minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Only open to Singaporeans / Singapore PRs / Malaysians
- Well-organized, good in coordination, good initiative and a team player
- Be responsible, proactive, and detailed in daily work
