Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

• Receive and record incoming funds
• Handle cases of payment / invoice discretion
• Preparation of monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA)

 Administration Duties

• General Filing of invoices, delivery orders and other trade documents
• Preparation of monthly cheques and payments to vendors
• Handling of Claims by Staff
• Data entry of Account Payables
  

Other Duties

• System Administrator (SA) for in-house accounting software
•  Assist in Monthly Management Report
  

Job Requirements:

• ACCA Diploma in Business or Accounting / Certified Accounting Technician / LCCI Accounting or equivalent discipline
• A minimum of 3 years working experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Only open to Singaporeans / Singapore PRs / Malaysians
• Well-organized, good in coordination, good initiative and a team player
• Be responsible, proactive, and detailed in daily work

Accounts Officer/ Executive
(Sembawang)

Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliation.
• General Ledger entries for all cash transactions.
• General Ledger entries for all membership and accounts receivable transactions.
• Analysis of Revenue, AR and Cash accounts, to ensure the completeness of accounting entries.
• Perform accounts analysis and month-end schedules.
• Cashflow management.
• Membership Administration.
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors, tax agents and bankers and ensure proper compliance with statutory reporting requirements as well as financial accounting regulations.
• Management of fruit machines accounts.
• Others duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• Accounting experience with full spectrum of accounting knowledge will have an added advantage
• Be meticulous with details, independent and have strong computer literacy
• Strong working knowledge of auditing concepts
• Only Singaporean Citizenship and Singapore Permanent Residents need apply
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• 5.5 days work week
• Transport will be provided from Sembawang MRT stattion
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
