Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification and above
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel Formulae
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in similar position with supervisory experience
• Experience in Frango & Navision softwares will be preferred
• Maintain full set of accounts, including monthly management reports, ratios and analysis
• Familiar with Corporate tax, GST reporting, Budgets & Forecasts, Credit and inventory control, FX exposure and cash flow management
• Process improvements and other projects, other finance, accounting and administrative matters
  

Salary range: $2500 to $3500

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on consolidation & handle full set of accounts
• Tax submission, tax planning, review legal documents & banking function
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies & FRS
• Liaise with auditors, solicitors , banks & other ad hoc assignments

Responsibilities:

• Accountancy graduate with some commercial experience & 3 years in Big Four
• Strong Consolidation & FRS/IFRS knowledge

Job Description / Requirements :

• Regional process owner responsible for both timely and accurate sales and margin reporting within the region and to HQ
• Lead the controlling responsibility for sales and margin related projects and provide detailed analysis to support business and management decisions
• Keep close liaison with external legal and tax expertise and regulatory authorities to keep abreast with latest changes and developments of legal and tax regulations within the region in order to translate into business
• impact and propose sound management decisions
• Secure regional legal and tax exposures by ensuring compliance by country affiliates through establishing internal governance and guidelines
• Degree in Accountancy / Taxation with strong background in numerical analysis and process mapping
• 2-3 years of working experience in financial analysis and with auditing & taxation background is a MUST
• Regional work exposure will be a strong advantage
• Possess excellent communications skills, Billingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise within the region and HQ
• Ability to deal with details in clauses of contract
• Able to work independently under time pressure and meet tight deadlines
