ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking someone who is detailed and likes crunching numbers. The person must work well in a small and motivated team and must be decisive and prompt, systematic and timely. The person must also be independent and confident when dealing with customers and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:
You must be organised and also manage datelines effectively.

- Initiative and independent worker with minimum supervision
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Objective
- Reports to the General Manager and Accountant
- Plan and execute various tasks related to the company
Responsibilities
AR
AR
- Generating of invoices, credit notes & Dos
- Reconciliation & input retail receipts
- Input data for all modes of receipts
- Banking duties
- Reconciliation of online payments through merchant bank
- Creation of new inventory codes in accounting system(QB) & inventory system(UPS)
- Reconciliation & submission of third parties’ collections
- Bank reconciliation
- Daily update of cash-flow statement
- Preparation of cash flow for road-show
- Ensure complete physical records of all transactions
- Road-show support
AP
- Verification and input of data into system of suppliers’ invoices
- Creation of new inventory codes in accounting system(QB) & UPS
- Create GID, PO & transfer of stock to various locations(retail)
- Verification, reimbursement and maintenance of petty cash
- Issuance of cheques, inter-banking & T/T transactions
- Ensure complete physical records of all transactions
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
