Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Monthly management report and variance analysis
• Tax compliance work, and liaison with auditors
• Billings, receivables, and payable, functions
• Company secretarial affairs
• Ad hoc reporting and other tasks when required
• Handling full set of account including preparation of GST return

Requirements:

• Preferably minimum ‘O’ level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
• Able to start work within short notice an advantages
• Qualified Accountant
• Well-organized with good problem-solving skills and excellent analytical ability
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective interaction with staff at all levels
• Experience in local tax requirement
• Highly computer literate, strong MS Excel, MYOB and Word skills
• Singaporean, PR & Malaysian need apply.
  

Official Working hours / Work Area

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday:8.30am to 12.30pm

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly tax provision computations
• Prepare quarterly reporting forms
• Prepare estimated chargeable income by 31 March of each year
• Prepare annual tax computations and returns for filing to tax authorities
• Attend to tax queries from IRAS
• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Ensure timely psyment of GST liabilities

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' tax working experience
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently
