Job Descriptions/ Job Requirements:
- Perform internal audit assignments either alone or as part of a team, in Asia Pacific, Greater China Region and Japan according to the audit Plan. This activity includes preparing the audit plan, carrying out the audit review and drafting the internal Audit report.
- Perform follow-up of previous audits reviews as required
- Perform SOX management testing in main regional locations
- Contribute to the Internal Audit activity of enhancement the system of internal control of the Company by acting as an advisor in internal control issues.
- Degree in Accountancy and CPA/CIA with SOX knowledge
- 6 to 10 years relevant experience in external and/or internal audit, preferably with few years of exposure in a high-tech manufacturing company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, able to work independently and lead an audit assignment
- Experience in running different types of audit engagements
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
