Senior Finance Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set of accounts for companies under the Group
- Review all transactions for appropriateness, allocation and input into accounting system
- Process AP, check disbursements to suppliers
- Process AR, credit control and collections
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare monthly reconciliation to sub-ledgers (AR, AP, Fixed Assets & Inventory)
- Prepare monthly audit schedules
- Assist in the preparation of Group consolidated accounts
- Assist in preparation of budget and periodic forecast
- Provide supervisory role to general accounting staff
- Degree in Accountancy or relevant field with prior finance, accounting and audit experience in a well established company
- 3 to 4 years’ working experience, preferably in similar industry
- Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting
- Working knowledge of import and export documentation and letter of credit
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software, preferably in MYOB
- Able to handle multi company accounts and have working knowledge of group consolidation
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Matured, independent and positive working attitude
- Must be a team player
- Must be willing to multi-task
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work overtime, when required
- Able to start work immediately
