You will participate in corporate-wide financial, compliance, operational and strategic risk assessments based on our new Enterprise Risk Model; contribute to business-critical consulting projects sponsored by senior leadership utilizing Six Sigma analysis and improvement techniques; facilitate the change and process improvement by offering value-added recommendations on projects and serve as a catalyst to share best practices and drive process improvements and work effectively as part of a motivated, diverse and high energy team.

Requirements :

• CPA/MBA or have a Business or Information Systems Degree, with at least 4 years of work experience.

Sr.Financial Analyst – Supply Chain – 80729

You will direct general accounting functions such as AP, AR, GL and Revenue; prepare internal and external financial statements; satisfy ad-hoc information requests; review and analyze various balance sheets and income statements for trends and variances to present as a summary and at department level on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. You will assist with monthly financial planning and analysis, forecasting and annual budget processes. Finance Costing & Analysis Manager - 76027

You will lead the mechanical category analyst team which supports total direct material spend and savings; work closely with the team to provide accurate and timely information and analysis to provide quality supply at the lowest total costs; work with commodity managers and sourcing engineers on commodity costs, negotiations and savings; prepare spend and savings reports and identify cost reduction opportunities and areas for improvement to meet procurement cost reduction targets. You will assist commodity managers in preparing for negotiations and provide accurate commodity costs, forecasts and analysis and help the team identify opportunities to close the gap. You will work with product costs teams to provide forward-looking information and analysis; support strategic sourcing organization with the commodity information and analysis to set a baseline for negotiations and cost reductions; identify, recommend and implement process improvements and systems enhancements; and ensure suppliers are correctly paid and inventory costs at per unit level are accurate.

Requirements :
