Our client is a listed company in the F&B Industry. They have an opening position for Group Accountant.

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of the consolidated management accounts and SGX financial announcements as well as preparation of annual report
• Review and analyze monthly accounts of group companies eg: piece meal, acquisition and change of group structure
• Coordinate and review the group annual budget, forecasts and financial analysis
• Oversee full spectrum of accounting functions for the group and subsidiaries

Requirements:

• Min Deg or a professional qualification (ACCA)
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in group consolidation and statutory reporting
• Good knowledge of SGX regulations and financial reporting standards
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines
• Only Singaporeans and Singapore PR need to apply

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts of investments holding companies
• Consolidation of monthly group financial statements and quarterly reporting
• Preparation of quarterly forecast as well as annual bedget
• Assist in Group financial reporting to SGX
• Assist in the preparation of board meetings papers
• Assist in the handling of group audit and preparation of annual report

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA graduate
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese in both written and oral
• Those with audit/consolidation experience would be an advantage
• ACCPAC knowledge preferred
• Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
