Accounts Assistant - AP
Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Payable functions such as:
- Processing vendor invoices
- Processing outgoing payments such as issuing of cheques, T/T & Giro
- Keying supplier invoices and payments into the accounting system
- Reconciliation of suppliers' statement of accounts
Diploma in Accounts / GCE 'A' or 'O' (with more years of practical experience)
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Accounts/Finance
* Knowledge and experienced (hands-on) in computerized accounting systems
* Proficient in computer skills (Words and Excel)
* Singaporeans or PR only
