One of the Leading System Integrator is expanding the Engineer Division which require the following candidate:
Finance Assistant Post Date: 25 Aug 09
JOB SCOPE:
- Review, analyze and prepare Financial Statements for Management for review.
- Liaise with Auditors, Accountant and Company Secretary on company audits and compliance.
- Prepare Payroll for all staff and handle basic HR functions.
- Submission of CPF, GST and Income Tax.
- Prepare debit notes for intercompany accounts.
- Track medical and annual leaves for staff
- Provide back up operation support to AR and AP Accounts Assistant.
- Handle ad hoc admin duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / LCCI.
- Preferably have at 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be very proficient in MYOB, Excel, Word.
- Pleasant personality, good working attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to start work immediately
