FINANCE EXECUTIVE Post Date: 12 Aug 09
Primary Objective
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for the smooth running of the Finance functions, while in full compliance with internal controls. The incumbent will provide timely financial information to management and ensuring that the company’s best interest is upheld at all times.
Major Areas of Responsibility (include but not limited to):-
- Maintaining Accounts Payable and reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers
- Co-ordinating of supplier invoices for verification, coding and endorsement by the relevant personnel
- Attending to supplier's queries on payments and managing the payment cycle.
- Processing cheques for payments to suppliers
- Prepare monthly creditors' reconciliation
- Processing and preparation of monthly expense reimbursement to staff.
- Maintaining of fixed asset register
- Preparation of timesheet report
- Preparation of GST report & payment.
- Preparation of monthly prepayment & accrual journals.
The incumbent must possess:-
- At least a LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
