Finance & HR Manager
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining financial and management reporting systems, policies and procedures for accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasting, budgeting and statutory reports.
- Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax agents and bankers to ensure statutory compliance.
- Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures & reporting.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions.
- Implement & review HR policies & procedures in accordance with Company’s business goals.
- Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA /CIMA with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience including several years of management experience.
- Good leadership and ability to interact well with people at different levels in the organization.
- Meticulous, mature, self-motivated, result-oriented individual with the ability to handle pressure and meeting tight deadline.
- Regional exposure a plus.
- Ability to communicate in fluent Chinese.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
