Job Descriptions
- Maintenance of GL and subsidiary ledgers
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts
- Prepare month end management reports
- Prepare inter-company billings and reconciliation
- Liaise & coordinate with Malaysia & Indonesia branches regarding monthly report & submit to HQ
- Maintain project / job accounting
- Prepare Audit Schedules
- Handle GST preparation and submission
- Liaising with internal / external auditors during yearly audit
- Prepare the year-end audited financial statements
- Assist the financial manager in all ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
- Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Navision and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Able to start within short notice
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Candidate must be able to communicate well in English
