Job Descriptions:

• Engaged in the functions of financial and statutory reporting and management reporting, MAS reporting
• Support in nostro reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience the financial insdustry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• The successful candidate will be someone who possesses initiative, responsibility and an interest and willingness to contribute to further improvements and enhancement of the function.
• Singaporean and Singapore PR only

Bank Accounts Officer

Job Description:

• Responsible for financial accounting and reporting of NSL
• Prepare Daily Journal vouchers
• Handling Staff reimbursement, Cash advance, vendor payments
• Prepare Daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare Month-end accruals and depreciation
• Prepare Invoices for billings
• Prepare Monthly and quarterly MAS regulatory reports
• Prepare Quarterly Income & Expenditure to MAS
• Assist in Quarterly Business Expectation Survey
  

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting in an investment/global bank
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting preferred
• Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR Holders need to apply
