Assistant Accountant/ Accountant
Your Role:
You will be reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for all accounting related matters (GL, AR & AP) and ensure compliance with Malaysian GAAP. You will be preparing month end closing and accurate financial statements, balance sheet and cash flow schedules. You will be involved in preparing corporate, management and external reporting. You will also be in charge of liaising with subsidiaries and partner offices on all AR, AP matters and inter company transactions. You will also be involved in ad hoc assignments and projects.
Your Profile:
You need to be highly independent and hands on. You should have good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with all levels. You should be technically strong and well knowledge of Malaysia financial accounting standards as you need to be stationed at Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). You should posses a degree accounting or ACCA with at least 4 years experiences in an MNC. You need to be proficient in MS Excel and Accpac. Audit experience is an advantage.
