Finance Assistant Mgr/Mgr
Job Requirements :
- You should possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance or the equivalent with at least 6 years’ experience with financial and business planning functions.
- Be a team player
- Possess strong, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and optimistic about challenges.
- Have the ability to manage pressure, project a professional image and be a role model for the team
- Reporting to the Deputy Director, Finance, you will manage and guide a team of financial analysts.
- Your team will be required to review the prices and costing for the company's services and analyse the financial results of specific clinical departments on a periodic basis.
- The team will also support these departments and other operational units on project and capital investment evaluations through NPV or other financial modelling techniques.
- You are expected to interact and work closely with peers and staff from other departments to gather data and present finance/business proposals and strategies to support management in its decision making.
- You should also be IT centric and familiar with financial IT tools and software. You must have a strong analytical mind, be dynamic and motivated, able to multi-task, manage work pressures and deadlines and work independently
