Senior Corporate Finance Associate
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Screening new investment opportunities;
- Financial modeling into various investment opportunities and analyzing comparative financial performance;
- Extensive business, financial and industry analysis;
- Providing executive support in structuring of Merger & Acquisition transactions or joint venture partnership;
- Providing recommendations to the Board of Directors on potential investments;
- Overseeing overseas subsidiaries' financials and investments;
- Spearheading due diligence processes;
- Assisting in post-acquisition integration;
- Liaise with country finance and operations heads on financial performance analysis and other financial issues;
- Devise, implement and supervise controls and procedures in overseas subsidiaries.
Requirements:
- Degree/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
- 3 to 6 years of experience in audit or corporate finance / transaction advisory;
- Well developed analytical and numerical skills with demonstrated abilities in interpretation and analysis of financial data and risk assessment skill;
- Candidate with due diligence experience will be an advantage;
- Strong accounting knowledge;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and self motivated.
